I've had a really hard time trying to find a roller that wouldn't hurt my spine and shoulder blades, one that would actually get to the muscles between all the bone. This? This is perfect. I'm using it on the chair so when I sit, I do so with my back straight. Holding the roller in place keeps me from hunching over, works the muscles and I do my regular work. I think I make get a second, but softer one next.

Rollga does the job
I very much like larger feeling of pressure rolling in the indentations. Very welcome difference from the standard flat-cylindrical type roller. It's good to use both - they each have their own benefits!
