So uncomfortable to use

The shape of the roller makes is really uncomfortable to use. The variable surface actually hurts my body to use it. I messaged the company about exchanging it for a smooth roller but never heard back from customer service. So what I have is really useless to me.

Best thing for my Feet Ever!

I use this when sitting at my desk to roll my feet and release my arches. It is intense at time but the contours work so amazing to massage and get ride of the muscle knots and adhesions in my feet. Amazing product and highly recommend it to everyone to stay more flexible to avoid foot and other body problems. It all starts in the feet, I've been told.

I have nerve damage in my wrist & hand so my fingers don't straighten out. I can use the roller and massage the nerves and get them to limber up. However, the logo name in it's raise form is painful. I have to position the roller so the name is always on the bottom. The logo should be painted on - not raised letters. thank you!

Good for small spots

I use it to dig into the smaller areas that bother me. I also like to do an all over hands and feet massage. I enjoy it and recommend it. You can carry it in your pocket.
