    It was a bit harder than I was wanting, traded for the white one with Pilates instructor.

    Love the shape but the emblem is caving in, showing a density problem

    These rollers are SO great. I finally got the "beginner one" just to whale on my leg a bit less but the emblem is caving in, showing there's a match up problem between the stiff emblem and the density of the roller. I'm assuming this will amount to zero problems over time but gave it 4 stars in case the little hole this created somehow allows deterioration in a roller that should last a lifetime.

    No more shoulder blade pain!!!

    My left shoulder is always tight and will get to the point where it compromises other areas of my body which, gets me ending up at the chiropractor clinic. My chiropractor actually told me about getting a body roller and it has been life changing!!!! I cannot believe how tight my shoulders are at the end of the day or even in the morning; I now use the Rollga and its instant relief!
