Feels great on my back and legs

I bought the stiff Rolga to hit all the nooks and crannies of my back. It's very hard and uncomfortable to begin with but after a week I got used to the pressure and absolutely love it. I also use it for my calves and shins.

I like it

I am accustomed to harder rollers, and this one is pretty nice with the deep groove. You can use it a few different ways - bone in the groove, or roll on top of the groove. If you are not used to hard rollers, I would try a softer one first.
