Return & Shipping Policy
Rollga guarantees your satisfaction within 60 days of purchasing a Rollga product. If you are not completely satisfied with your Rollga product, please return it to Rollga LLC, Attention Refund – 1249 2 1/2 Street North, Sartell, MN 56377 before the end of the first 60 days after purchase. The cost of the product ordered will be fully refunded upon Rollga's receipt of the returned product.

Rollga Foam Rollers come standard with a lifetime-limited warranty. The standard lifetime of a high-density foam roller is 2-years. The standard lifetime of a low-density foam roller is 1-year. Rollga stands behind the integrity of each Rollga roller. Rollga will replace your Rollga Roller, at no charge, if the product proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal conditions of use and maintenance. Rollga does not cover careless storage mishaps. EPP Foam keeps a memory, so if you store it under warm conditions, be sure there is nothing leaning against your roller. It may leave impressions or dents. Rollga also does not warranty damage caused from pets and rodants. So keep your rollga out of reach from such animals. Do not wash your Rollga in the dishwasher or washmachine. Hand wash with anti-bacterial wipes or soapy water - air dry or dry with a towel.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for physical goods purchased from Rollga is 365-days and 730-days from the date of purchase. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 180-days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
