Both the Hand & Foot Therapy Kit has been extremely good for so many purposes. Not only is the face roller one of my favorite tools to use daily for a self care recovery that release much tension and relaxation of the face. But the hand/ foot rollers also do the same for quick recovery on many weekly running miles. I highly recommend this kit as it has been very useful to my routine on quick turn around.

Took me by surprise!!

I LOVE using these! I'm a LMT, and I use my hands all the time. These therapy tools go between the bones, work the fascia, and break up those pain spots like magic. Love them so much I bought three sets, and recommend them to everyone.
