Piece of foam

It’s an overpriced piece of foam that isn’t strong enough to work out any knot. Save your money. Better off using a tennis ball.

Easier to target and isolate sore muscles than a regular or traditional roller grade improvement on a product that was already awesome

Best roller I’ve use…. period.

I no longer use the rollers at the gym; I make space in my bag to bring my Rollga. I’m able to target certain areas much more effectively. This is about as close as I’ve gotten to an actual massage with a massage therapist.
