Great massage.

I carry this little roller with me when I go over night! It’s amazing how it makes my feet feel. I roll my feet at night before bed & my feel refreshed in the morning.

Great rollers !

I bought the large roller and the small hand one . Both very good . I get a lot of tension in my back and neck and shoulders and he big roller fits perfect on the back with the cut out for the spine and it’s amazing . The he hand one really gets into the small spaces and helps with pain in the hands.

Best thing for my Feet Ever!

I use this when sitting at my desk to roll my feet and release my arches. It is intense at time but the contours work so amazing to massage and get ride of the muscle knots and adhesions in my feet. Amazing product and highly recommend it to everyone to stay more flexible to avoid foot and other body problems. It all starts in the feet, I've been told.

Good for small spots

I use it to dig into the smaller areas that bother me. I also like to do an all over hands and feet massage. I enjoy it and recommend it. You can carry it in your pocket.
