Surprisingly effective.
I have gone through a series of various rollers and balls in an effort to reduce the aches and pains of running. Despite its pedestrian appearance, the Rollga is dramatically more effective than any of my other rollers and balls. Superior experience with this roller compared to others I have had as the indentations allow your bones to rest in them thereby making it more comfortable plus the fascia and muscle fibers can be massaged more accurately and more fully with the Rollga roller
