Restoration of Movement Certification is broken up into 3 courses: Rollga Workshop/Clinic, Level-1 RFS and Level-2 Group Fitness.
Rollga Workshop/Clinic Certification (Available Online)
The Rollga workshop is a certification that every facility and fitness professional should experience! This dynamic Rollga roller will restore you to the core and get members/clients excited like no other! Rollga Rollers have helped clubs and studios increase class participation by as much as 46%!! The Rollga Clinic Certification will provide you with the formula to make the Rollga® the most effective and popular foam roller in your club! This training will take you through a complete and simple Rollga routine step-by-step and provide you with everything you need to start using Rollga® right away in a fun and effective way! The attendee will also learn about Myofascial Health, Fascial Health, and Functional Movements. Experience the how’s and why’s, along with how a combination of self-care tools, stretching and functional movements will transform your clients health. You will leave this online event with knowledge of the science behind the Rollga Rollers. Along with teachings and skills to accommodate all levels of users.

This training is a 2-hour course. (1 Continuing education credits through “NCSF” National Council of Strength and Fitness)
Level-1: Rollga Fascia Specialist
Rollga Fascia Specialist training is designed to educate health and fitness professionals on Rollga fascia rolling and fascial health. This training will take you through a complete and simple Rollga routine step-by-step and provide you with everything you need to start using the Rollga right away by incorporating fascial rolling to create fun and effective classes and workouts. The attendee will also learn about fascial health, the how’s and why’s along with how a combination of self-care tools, stretching and functional movements will transform their client’s health. Attendees will leave this training with the knowledge behind fascial health and Rollga rollers. Along with teachings and skills to accommodate all levels of users. Participants will be required to pass a test to pass this course.
The RFS training (3 Continuing education credits through “NCSF” National Council of Strength and Fitness)
Level-2: Group Fitness Specialist Certification
Rollga Group Fitness Specialist training was created to build on the RFS to create effective, safe and fun group fitness classes. The RFS is a prerequisite for this course. The RGFS participant will learn how to build classes based on a Rollga Restore class outline. The education portion of this course is geared at accurately cuing, teaching, describing, and modeling movements. Along with learning and cuing basic functional movements. While there is much time spent learning 80 percent of the course is still hands-on or active based. Attendees will participate in a Rollga Restore Master class. They will demonstrate, describe and ultimately create their very first Rollga Restore class during their training. Participants will be required to pass a test to pass this course. It is important to note that Rollga Restore is not a pre-choreographed class.
The RGFS training is a 3-hour course. (3 Continuing education credits through “NCSF” National Council of Strength and Fitness)
