Move better workshop

Designed to help you get moving properly again.

Whether your stiff, sore or have poor range of motion or mobility, the Move Better session with Cat gets athletes doing just that, moving better.

Utilizing a variety of tips, tricks and tools to manipulate fascia to improve blood flow, circulations, and cellular hydration.

If you’re a weight lifter, gymnast, football or hockey player, dancer, CrossFitter, etc. — this workshop will help you relieve tight, sore muscles, increase your range of motion, and get moving properly again.

Space is limited to 15 in each session.
